How does it work?

We’re glad you are interested in joining the community. In Subletinn, we believe that living in Chicago should be an experience and should be done together! With just three simple steps you can be apart of an experience you’ve never had before.

Step 1: Apply on our website

Each community has its own process so it is important to pick which community you want before going any further.

Applying for a house does not mean you’re locked into that house, you can always change it later.

No credit checks here! We know how credit checks can be scary but with Subletinn you don’t have to worry.

Step 2: Interview

Set a time to interview with us so we can learn a little more about each other. Plus, we don’t want any bots.

You will talk to one of our community managers to ask about the space and they will tell you about the community and how everything works.

This interview is to get to know you and how you fit into the community so don’t be scared.

If we think you’re a good fit, we will let you know the next steps are!

Step 3: Moving in

Congratulations! If you’re here, you have paid your last month’s rent and reserved your room!

The next step is just to move in, we will send you information about the house and get you ready for prime-time.
